Artist's Description
This painting beautifully depicts the iconic road that guides us into the breathtaking Monument Valley. The artist skillfully used the swipe technique and fluid acrylics to create a mesmerizing desert scene, while the dusk sky is brought to life through the vibrant hues of blues, purples, and pinks that have been expertly blown out. Adding a touch of nostalgia, the artist used oils to meticulously paint the infamous road onto the canvas, allowing us to envision this legendary landscape through the lens of their friend's classic '55 Studabaker. With its stunning combination of technique and subject matter, this painting truly captures the essence and allure of Monument Valley. 18 x 24 on canvas
